Paddy is an associate member of both Chartered Accountants Ireland and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and established Paddy Quinn & Co in 2016. Prior to this, he spent 15 years in a number of finance roles both in practice and industry, providing him with invaluable experience in dealing with businesses from different perspectives.

Having graduated from the University of Ulster with a BA Hons in Accounting, Paddy spent five years in various audit roles with a mid-tier firm initially in London, and then seconded to their Sydney and Belfast offices, gaining significant multi-jurisdictional experience. Following this, Paddy worked for four years in a senior finance position with a global insurer based in Dublin, leading the transformation of a manual, error-ridden finance process into a structured, stable system.

More recently, Paddy worked for five years as Head of Finance for a rapidly expanding law firm in Dublin, guiding the firm through the many financial difficulties incurred during periods of significant growth. Paddy is able to draw on this experience and expertise to advise and support clients of all shapes and sizes.

Cáit joined Paddy Quinn and Co in 2017 and is currently completing her ACCA qualifications.

Prior to joining the firm Cáit spent her early career working as in-house finance assistance in the legal industry.

Cáit’s experience in this field has made her a well-rounded professional who balances attention to detail with a dedicated work ethic.

Cáit particularly enjoys assisting start ups with the exciting challenges of their new business. She has experience in VAT accounting, payroll and the maintenance of accurate and up to date general ledger.
