Paddy is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and an Associate member of Chartered Accountants Ireland, and established Paddy Quinn & Co in 2016.
After spending 15 years in senior level finance roles in both practice and industry, Paddy has gained extensive knowledge and experience to assist businesses at every stage of their life cycle. Paddy has particular expertise in guiding businesses through periods of significant growth and expansion. Transforming outdated finance processes and utilising the advances in modern technology within the profession are always at the forefront of such discussions.
Paddy has experience in assisting businesses of all shapes and sizes, and has particular expertise in working with legal and other professional services firms, construction companies and logistic / transport businesses.
Paddy is also well versed in the treatment of rental and short-term letting incomes and assists many property owners in these areas.

After graduating with an honours Finance and Accounting degree Ciara began her ACCA training in Industry in the Financial services sector. There she gained experience preparing statutory accounts & regulatory reporting to the CBI.
Ciara has valuable experience in Finance system automation & development aiming to enhance reporting efficiencies with an emphasis on strong Internal controls.
After 13 years working in Industry Ciara has made the move to practice where she is bringing a vast amount of experience and knowledge to assist our clients.

After graduating with a business and economics degree, Tara joined a ‘Big Four’ accountancy firm in Dublin. Tara spent the next four years training as a Chartered Accountant in a busy audit department, carrying out audit engagements on SME and Plc clients in industries including construction, retail, property development and manufacturing.
After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, Tara then spent time working for a large indigenous Plc, gaining experience in Internal Audit and Group Finance functions. Tara worked closely with Investor Relations and senior management during her time there.
More recently, Tara spent time working for a busy Regulatory body as an analyst and advisor, gaining experience working in a heavily regulated sector and negotiating with all stakeholders.

Erica is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants qualifying in 2009 and a member of the Institute of Accounting Technicians in Ireland. Erica also holds a Payroll Technician qualification.
After spending 10 years as a Management Accountant in an industry setting Erica made the move to practice gaining experience and knowledge to help business grow and expand. Managing a large portfolio of clients in different business sectors, Erica has the knowledge and skill set to bring a businesses accounts from beginning to end of its yearly cycle, ensuring all relevant returns are filed correctly and efficiently.

Andrea is a member of Accounting Technicians Ireland qualifying in 2009, and has spent the past 10 years gaining extensive experience of SME’s in the software, manufacturing and construction industries. Her experience to date has included managing the month end accounts requirements of businesses in these industries.
Andrea has worked closely with senior management and has a proven ability to recognise and implement improvements to finance processes to streamline and increase efficiencies.

Brian joined the Paddy Quinn & Co team as Office Manager in January 2020.
With 15 years office administration and management experience in the corporate, catering, leisure and third party industries, Brian has a solid background which he employs to improve and maintain a variety of business processes for the team. He has progressively developed an understanding of corporate business to include office and facilities management, digital marketing and corporate events to name a few.
Brian has particular expertise in utilising Office 365 systems, communications and technical support.
